FourFourtwo’s Mike Dyer has been tipped to join the likes of Real Estate giant Colliers International and Westpac Banking Corp as a buyer for Sydney-based developer, Real Estate company A-1 Real Estate.
Mr Dyer, who is a long-time resident of Sydney and who has previously worked at Westpac, was the director of corporate development for Australian Real Estate Development Corporation until June, when he was appointed the acting director of the company, which was set up in 2013.
As the director, he is responsible for managing the affairs of the corporation.
Mr Durye has been working with A-11 Real Estate for some time, which has been run by the group since 2007.
The A-31 Group, which operates real estate company B.A.B.E., is an investment group of international companies with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra.
Its directors include Australian entrepreneur, Paul Staley.
He has been a major investor in Sydney real estate, including in the A-2 and A-3 areas.
Mr Staley has also been an active investor in the Sydney market, buying a $3 million house in 2014 for $3.1 million.
Mr A-15 Real Estate Group, established in 2006, is one of the largest commercial real estate development companies in the country, with offices across the world.
It has over 400 office properties across Australia.
